Once payment has been processed from your credit card all details are permanently destroyed. Customers who send their credit card details by email, this email is immediately destroyed once payment is processed. It is not the policy of Activities Ireland to store any clients credit card details either 1) manually2) on an internal server / database3) on an external server / database
Information you provide to Activities Ireland either through our website, email, telephone, newsletter or other means is stored on an Internal System located in the European Economic Area (EEA). Your information is also stored on Mailchimp (external server) for the purpose of sending requested information or information relating to you via newsletter. Not all Countries outside the EEA have data protection or privacy laws. If you are located outside the EEA your information may be transferred outside the EEA to provide you with these services.
When you visit our website, your IP Address (unique address that identifies your computer on the Internet) is automatically logged and recognised by our web server.
