Activities Ireland is legally bound by the Irish Government to retain all transaction records for a period of seven (7) financial years after which time these records are destroyed.

For Customers wishing to pay by Credit Card for services booked through Activities Ireland, we would ask customers to call the office on +353 (01) 505 6794 with their credit card details (number, expiry date and security code). Once payment has been processed from your credit card all details are permanently destroyed. Customers who send their credit card details by email, this email is immediately destroyed once payment is processed. It is not the policy of Activities Ireland to store any clients credit card details either 1) manually2) on an internal server / database3) on an external server / database

Where We Store Your Information

Information you provide to Activities Ireland either through our website, email, telephone, newsletter or other means is stored on an Internal System located in the European Economic Area (EEA). Your information is also stored on Mailchimp (external server) for the purpose of sending requested information or information relating to you via newsletter. Not all Countries outside the EEA have data protection or privacy laws. If you are located outside the EEA your information may be transferred outside the EEA to provide you with these services.

Log Files / IP Addresses

When you visit our website, your IP Address (unique address that identifies your computer on the Internet) is automatically logged and recognised by our web server. We do not link IP Addresses to personal identifiable information. Non personal information such as your internet browser or site may be collected by us. You cannot be personally identified from this information. From time to time we may supply the owners or operators of third party sites from which it is possible to link to our web sites. You also cannot be identified from this information.

Cookies
