Terms and Conditions

  • Non Refundable Deposit of 20% per person is due within 2 weeks from date of Deposit Invoice to secure a booking unless otherwise notified

  • Balance (80%) is due 6 weeks prior to departure.Upon receipt of final payment, vouchers for all services booked, along with a detailed itinerary will be forwarded to you.If for any reason we do not receive your balance payment by the due date we reserve the right to consider your booking to be cancelled and apply appropriate cancellation charges

  • Credit Card payments will incur a 3% service charge if payments are made by Visa or Mastercard.We do not accept AMEX card payments 

  • Final Name List (Rooming List) is due 8 weeks prior to departure

  • Numbers must remain at or above the agreed number of people per booking each night to avail of quoted rates.Should numbers fall below the agreed number of people each night a price increase will apply

  • Cancellation of group 8 weeks prior to departure will result in 100% cancellation charges subject to any special terms & conditions imposed by individual suppliers.Cancellation must be made in writing to Activities Ireland

  • Minimum 8 weeks notification must be given for any rooms not required or cancellation charges for these rooms will apply subject to any special terms & conditions imposed by individual suppliers.All deposits paid for cancelled rooms are non refundable 

  • Payment to Suppliers is made prior to arrival.Once payment has been sent, no refunds will be obtained

  • Activities Ireland is not responsible for the condition of any golf course.We will advise of any works being carried out on the basis we are notified of same from relevant golf clubs.Refunds for any cancelled rounds of golf due to weather conditions will only apply when the Course(s) is deemed un-playable and closed by the individual golf course.If a client chooses not to play due to weather conditions but the course is deemed playable and not closed, no refunds will apply 

  • Out-bookings from Hotels can sometimes occur.It is the responsibility of the Hotel to provide alternative accommodation of the same or higher standard.No compensation will be paid by either the Hotel or Activities Ireland should this situation arise

  • Activities Ireland does not provide Medical / Sports / Holiday Insurance.Each individual member must take out their own Insurance to cover un-foreseen events

  • Activities Ireland is not responsible in any way for flight schedule changes or cancelled flights.If a flight is cancelled and/or delayed which results in the loss of any service provided by Activities Ireland, refund for this loss must be taken up with your chosen airline or compensated through your own Insurance Policy

  • Activities Ireland is not responsible for loss of any personal items such as luggage or sports equipment either in transit or during the course of your stay

  • In the unlikely event of an accident or death during your vacation, Activities Ireland is not liable for the repatriation of any group member or their families.This must be covered by your personal Insurance Policy.Activities Ireland will assist in all matters with the group, their families, embassy and if necessary funeral directors

  • Activities Ireland reserves the right to request any person mis-behaving in an unsuitable manner be removed from a tour.Activities Ireland will not be liable to any such person for refund, compensation, repatriation or any other expenses occurring

  • Activities Ireland reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule any tour dates in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond our control.Activities Ireland is not responsible for any costs for other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellation or re-scheduling of any tour dates.If you wish to cancel your booking at this time, any deposits are non refundable.If you have paid in full the booking will be subject to fees imposed by suppliers amounting to all or part of the cost paid 

  • No refunds are available for any cancellations after a tour has commenced or in respect of any services not utilised or any visits missed due to operating independently outside the confirmed Itinerary sent by Activities Ireland 

  • Should you experience any problems upon arrival at your resort, you must phone our Dublin office immediately in order for matters to be resolved by us.We will not be in a position to resolve matters upon your return home and no compensation will be due if immediate notification is not given 

  • If you experience problems during the course of your stay that cannot be resolved by Activities Ireland to your satisfaction, notification of problems incurred must be made in writing to our Dublin office within 7 working days of your return to Ireland.Complaints received after this date will be difficult to process

  • All prices valid only when reserved through Activities Ireland 

  • All prices are subject to availability at time of booking

  • All prices correct at time of going to print and subject to exchange rate fluctuations
