Terms and Conditions

  1. Deposit of 20% per person is due 7 days from date of Deposit Invoice
  2. Balance (80%) is due 2 weeks prior to arrival date
  3. Upon receipt of final payment, vouchers for all services booked along with a detailed itinerary will be forwarded
  4. Final Name List is due 4 weeks prior to arrival date
  5. Cancellation Periods:- 1-6 people: Cancellation must be received in writing no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival date 7+ people: Cancellation must be received in writing no later than 5 weeks prior to arrival date
  6. Cancellation Charges:- 1-6 people: No charges will apply and a refund of deposit received if cancellation notification is received minimum 2 weeks prior to arrival less any deposits paid to suppliers on your behalf that are non refundable.For all cancellations received outside this period, a minimum 1 Night cancellation fee will apply to each hotel and no refund of deposit 7+ people: No charges will apply and a refund of deposit received if cancellation notification is received minimum 5 weeks prior to arrival less any deposits paid to suppliers on your behalf that are non refundable.For all cancellations received outside this period, a minimum 1 Night cancellation fee will apply to each hotel and no refund of deposit
  7. No Show at Hotel, Golf Course, Match Venue or Equestrian Centre:100% cancellation fee will apply and no refund of deposit
  8. Payment to suppliers is made prior to arrival.Once payment has been sent, no refunds will be obtained
  9. Activities Ireland is not responsible for the condition of any golf course or pitch.We will advise of any works being carried out on the basis we are notified of same from relevant suppliers
  10. Out-bookings from hotels can sometimes occur.It is the responsibility of the hotel to provide alternative accommodation of the same or higher standard.No compensation will be paid by either Activities Ireland or the Hotel should this situation arise
  11. Activities Ireland does not provide Holiday or Match Insurance.Each member, club or school must carry their own Insurance
  12. Activities Ireland is not responsible in any way for flight schedule changes or cancelled flights.If a flight is cancelled and/or delayed which results in the loss of any service provided by Activities Ireland, refund for this loss must be taken up with your chosen airline or compensated through your own Insurance Policy.Where flights are delayed we will assist in changing times so you receive your requested service, subject to times available
  13. Activities Ireland is not responsible for the loss of any personal items
  14. In the unlikely event of an accident or death during your vacation, Activities Ireland is not liable for the repatriation of any group member or their families. This must be covered by your personal Insurance. Activities Ireland will assist in all matters with the group, their families, embassy and if necessary funeral directors
  15. Should you experience any problems upon arrival at your resort, you must phone our Dublin office immediately in order for matters to be resolved by us. We will not be in a position to resolve matters upon your return home and no compensation will be due if immediate notification is not given
  16. If you experience problems during the course of your stay that cannot be resolved by Activities Ireland to your satisfaction, notification of the problems incurred must be made in writing to our Dublin office within 7 working days of your return home. Complaints received after this date will be difficult to process
  17. All prices are only valid when services are booked through Activities Ireland
  18. All prices are subject to availability at time of booking.
